Home remedy request!!

I work in a steel mill and our safety glasses fog up all the time in the summertime. Anti fog wipes are great if you have em' (order em' off the internet...they're worth it).
I have learned one home remedy "trick" for this. Take cold candle wax and rub it on the inside of your glasses then buff off with a towel. It will work.

Here's what has worked for me. Fogtech by motosolutions for my goggles and faceshield and Raincoat also by motosolutions for the windshield. Oops, just realized you were looking for a home remedy. In that case, try the spit

Straight dish soap, do not rinse with water, just wipe off. Some of the other suggestions such as shaving cream and shampoo sound like winners also. Wasted my time and money on too many of those magic anti-fog products out there.

lotta good suggestions thrown in here, I'll experiment with 'em all to see which works best and report back periodically
So, to make said experiment just the tiniest bit scientific, I will establish the conditions under test....
Spit test - performed yesterday, Temp +3 deg C, very foggy. Goggles were good for about 15 minutes.
This morning I tried Capt Itch's potato suggestion. Test conditions were +3 deg C, clear blue skies. Goggles didnt fog at ALL for the entire 1 hr 15 min ride.
Tomorrow I'll try the shampoo suggestion.

Thanks for the tip. I just ordered a bottle from Amazon (costs less than going direct to motosolutions), and will give it a try.
