I sent them an email asking the what I should do, hoping they would say "hey put 50 in this block or 100 in this one." but I got no reply. A week later, I sent ANOTHER email. Nothing. Then another and another and another. Phone calls on hold for hours and then they are closed an wont take the call....

FINALLY, I get an email reply... "There is nothing wrong with out units, you probably have an exhaust leak....."

That is literally all the email said....

Well IMPO I would just like to tell you guys that if you are trying to get cheap prices, and terrible service for shitty products, hit up fuelmotousa.com....

BTW, my exhaust and intake are both tight. I bought this product to take care of some issues and it doesnt do what it is supposed to.....
This is absolutely fabricated information, I dont even know what to say. We are here with many phones lines open and staff to answer calls, and we did not receive or send anyone any kind of email stating something like this. We welcome anyone that needs help of any kind or information to email us or contact us anytime during business hours at 877-729-4754

I know several people local with their setups and have read countless comments on their stuff here, never heard one negative comment on either their product or customer service before this one. I'm planning to get their stuff for my stage 1 before spring hits.

Got my Power Vision from them and have nothing but good things to say about them.

However, I did install my PV and everything was fine for the first month or so. Then I started having issues like the OP...popping under decel, hard starts and finally the bike felt like it would barely stay running when cold. Everything looked fine.

Got home one day and noticed the exhaust didn't sound right...found out that BOTH nuts on the front exhaust had come off. Got new ones, tightened it up, problems gone.

So while I don't know if the OP is a troll or not or if this story is true or not (though from my experiance with Fuel Moto I'd say it's not) the solution supposedly offered of "it's an exhaust leak" sounds spot on. Might want to make sure, if all the header bolts are tight, that a gasket hasn't failed or there isn't a crack somewhere in the pipes.

Looking into this here is the actual email I recieved as well as my response. We are more than willing to help, all you need to do is ask and we are here for you.....

Hello, nothing would have changed in the map so something either changed in the exhaust or somewhere else on the bike. I would start by carefully checking for an exhaust or intake leak. If you need any help just let us know

Thank you.........Jamie

Hey, I put on my PC 3 from you guys about a month and a half ago and
everything was great. Now it is going back to how it was before. There was
no more popping when I would decelerate but now it is doing it again. It
didn't backfire when I started it but now it is. When I ripped on the
throttle, you got solid, crisp sound out of the exhaust and now if I rip it
at a stoplight it sounds like a gun going off and then throwing up. I have a
stock ECM, Vance and Hines Longshots without baffles and screamin eagle
intake. I have map number 805-009. I checked it yesterday and all the values
are the same. What should I do?

End of email

I am also a FM believer. Bought my stage 1 from them and had a small issue about my cruise control and 6th gear light not working called Jamie and within minutes he had my problem fixed. I am not sure what the op's problem is.

Now Jamie's response seems more along the lines of the Fuel Moto I've dealt with. Short, concise, to the point, but helpful and polite.
