I'd just had my hearing checked and show no changed after riding with this helmet scropion helmet exo 100, Its more a 3/4 but my pipes are not loud but no loss of hearing. I have to +1 on the ear plugs if your hearing is that close to being loss.

Shoei RJ Platinum R - comfortable and quiet, and not too costly. But still: earplugs are a good idea - custom moulded are best but expensive. Soldiering screwed my hearing, and I don't need any more damage, so that's my solution.

Skull Crush has some open face helmets if you would like to check them out. The Daytona 3/4 and Skull Crush 3/4. The picture below is the interior of the Skull Crush 3/4.

Good Luck! I also have a hearing loss in my left ear, so I know a little bit of how you are feeling.

Ear plugs are your only answer. There's several pairs that are rated to reduce noise levels by 32/33db. I use http://www.hearos.com/products/extreme-protection as they are a bit fatter than others I've tried. Anytime I'm going to ride over 30 mins they go in my ears.
