I don't know how well this came out, but I tried to fix wrinkle in the picture that you had by copying the logo and dropping it in.
Zazzle sells custom t-shirts, so I loaded it there.

So, they will just print anything on a t-shirt for ya? I wonder how well it would come out?
I did this one and it came out fine, but it was only white on black.
