Default Is the feeling gone?

Nice day, mid 50's temp, sunny and I don't feel like going for a ride. The last few weeks have been like this.

Could it be the onset of winter? Snow fell over the weekend but has since melted away.

Signed, concerned in n.j.

Nope. I've been riding to work in the cold weather and still love it. I think I had my best ride today out of the entire season.

LOL! Sat around the house all day Sunday while it was sunny and warm.....never rolled the scoot out of the garage. Dont know why as the available days are running down now. Must be a mental thing or was just lazy. Watched feetball all day.

Well, one can certainly understand hangin at home on a nice day to watch some football, but I've been getting out there as much as I can. It's like I'm squeezing every last bit out of the riding season. I guess most importantly, for me it's still very enjoyable. Once it starts becoming un-enjoyable for whatever reason, it will be time to accept defeat.

I'll tell ya.... Here in beautiful Saint Joseph Valley (north central Indiana) we have over 200 cloudy days a year...

Around here we call it: S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder.)

It can be treated w/artifical light therapy (tanning beds.)

Good luck!!! It was 55 and sunny here and I got 65 miles in!!!

Regards,
Ken

Ah, you will be all right. I went out this morning and it was pretty cold so i cut my trip short. Got home and told myself I would go out later when it warmed up. Well, it's 70 right now but I just don't feel like going out again.

Besides, I need to watch The Walking Dead that I DVR'd.
