Is the feeling gone?

I guess the way I feel 'bout riding every day may be different than a few others. Butt my putt is my primary vehicle. There has to be white **** on the ground or rainin' like a cow pissin' on a flat rock before I'll fire up the F150. Of course livin' in Texas makes life in the wind a litte more bearable.

Oh man, i wanted to ride yesterday high temp was low to mid 60's and today is the same. But too much crap to do; house projects, bike projects, and hunting. Its about time to put her up for the winter

In SoCal the Santa Ana Winds are blowing in hot from the north. I think someone wrote a song about that. Something about being born to ride. Anyway, wind and all I was able to ride to work today. It should still be in the 70's when I start heading home late this afternoon.

Mid Oct I put my bike to bed. Not sorry at all, I had a safe summer with many memories and a lot of fun. Will wake it up about the second week in April, then start over. Sometimes it is best to go with your gut feeling, I dont ride just cuz it is nice, I ride when I feel the best inside. Any doubt and bike stays put. Old age telling me what to do I guess.
