Skeen told the TV station she was high on drugs, but not driving. "I couldn't have been driving. I was too high," she said.
Skeen has a lengthy criminal record. She has several convictions dating to the mid-1990s for driving without a license or while her license was revoked. In 2007, she was convicted of felony possession of cocaine. In 1996 she was convicted on a charge of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

This is all so wrong. Things are so backwards. We can kill each other with are cars all while under are control and possibly not even see the inside of a prison cell. It's purely unimaginable. I want to believe heaven is beyond are imagination, so will hell be. Gene

Like everyone else, my condolences to the family.
As for this worthless waste of space? Death is too good. They need to go back to some kind of indentured servitude for drains on our society like this. Personally, I wouldn't want my tax dollars putting a roof over her head. Let her work for the state in some horribly soul-sucking job like emptying bed pans in a mental hospital for the rest of her life. And not for money, either. She would obviously just spend it getting high.
