Only thing that would make the kickshoe cooler was if they offered them for non-touring bikes. When it's 120 degree's out here in Arid-zona I wouldn't mind having a built in kickstand pad...

You guys don't use much of chicken strip on the sidewalls of your tires do you ? That little goody would be the first casualty if you did .

Ps , just an opinion but those boots are gay as a bag of dicks , seriously .

If spending a few bucks to ensure a $20K bike doesn't tip over in soft ground, or punch through hot tar while parked is gay...then I guess I am. Don't tell my wife though...

Got nothing to do with the gizmo , harley has needed something like that for years on a full boat honesty . Check out the village people boots you'd a popular guy in a Polk Street bar in San Fran with those .

Actually thought the Softail KickShoe would be the easiest to design, but the way the jiffy stand tucks up under the bike and the lack of clearance when cornering has caused a real fit issue. Have a friend's Heritage sitting in the garage right now trying to work it out as we have had a ton of requests. But then the friend's Heritage is 2006 and has a DIFFERENT jiffy stand from the 07's and older.

The reason we decided to call it a KickSHOE is because each bike and style of jiffy stand takes a different style shoe. We're a small shop and don't have a whole design team working for us so it just takes time.

Hope to have something out soon.

Did he get ahold of you or was he just complaining? Congrats on the great customer service

Haven't heard yet, but he's probably out enjoying his bike and not hanging on the forum. Don't blame him for having a beef as I wouldn't like it either if I spent the money on a product and was unhappy from the beginning. And, unfortunately, customer service in general has become so bad that people assume that it's a waste of time to contact the company about the product.

We're different, but customers don't necessarily realize that. So, I don't hold it against him. We'll make it right for him, even if it's just refunding the money.

And thanks. We really do value our customers, want to produce products that they need and are happy with, and do our best to make sure that happens.
