I only wave to those that wave to me. It is just too painful to wave & be ignored by some of those insensitive basturd riders that think they are too cool to wave!

I have a pair of flags mounted on my bike for quick access and I semaphore "Greetings fellow motorcyclist" to every motorcycle passing. It's kind of hard when you are riding particularly in traffic, and you have to be quick.

Of course I have to start the message well in advance otherwise they get fragments of the message, such as:

"gree"

or

'greetings fellow mot'

As much as I'd like to, there's way to many women out there for me to give the SHOCKER to all of them. Thanks for the help. Remember, there's the destroyer, also.

I wave to every bike I pass. To me, the wave states "this is great, to be out on the road on two wheels". I do not care if they wave back or not.

is anyone on here old enough to remember the chopper rider wave
from the early 60's to the early/mid 70's???

1%ers and bike gang members use to use it too!

The last time I saw it done was 1972 when I was riding my chopper.

Lets see how many old farts like me are on this forum"

I'm gonna start giving the corna (devil horns) instead of waving and see how much response I get in return. [sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif][sm=icon_rock.gif]

How about the leg wave? Got passed by a crotch rocket the other day, and as he passed me he stuck out his left leg. I don't know if he was just stretching his leg or was going so fast he didn't want to take his hand off the 'bars-Anyone ever seen this?
