Thanks for your feedback! Does your '06 power both jacket liners, gloves and socks? If so, I should not have any problem powering one liner and socks. Also, did you consider the vest instead of the jacket?

I have an 06 roadglide, it powers my jacket and gloves, and my wifes jacket and gloves at the same time. The only problem i have is if i idle for an extended period of time. Like when we were south of Gatlinburg, and some idiots decided to stop traffic to photo a bear on the side of the road. we idled for about 15 minutes, and it kept wanting to die. the voltage was dropping, so i had to keep it idled up. It was 25 degrees out, so the engine wasn't going into the cool down mode. :-)
Oh, as a side note, my wife went to radio shack, got a power supply, and sometimes sleeps with the gloves on.
