Default AMP Research EZ-Pull Clutch

I've been looking into putting a clutch assist on my 2006 Sportster and found this one. Not long after ordering it, I saw a review about it that talked about how it stopped working while she was riding and caused her to have an accident. She also mentioned that H-D or some other mechanic refused to put it on bikes because of the mechanical problems. Since I've only heard good things, other than this one post, I wanted to find out if anyone else has heard of or experienced any problems with it before?

That sounds awesome, but it's a little expensive for me right now.

Did you notice a big difference after installation?

Oh yeah! If you have any time on your Sporty, the clutch ramp may even have small detents worn onto it where the ***** sit during normal riding. In that case, when you pull in the clutch lever, the first thing you have to do is get the ***** out of the little worn spots first, and that can be where all your effort is going.

I just ordered the Clutchlite xx-soft, so I'm hoping that takes care of it. Thanks again.

Default Correct Side

I noticed in the instructions that is says to pull the cover from the right side but doesn't the clutch cable feed into the left side of the bike? It may be nit-picky but i've never messed with the trans on a Harley.
