Texas is what you make of it. Sometimes you need to go for a ride to get somewhere worth going. I am surprised when they heard you moved here they didn't just build 10 biker bars in your neighborhood.

You can ride 10+ months a year (without cold weather gear) and you can own and carry all the guns you want. If you don't like Texas, well, maybe another state is more your speed. You can move up north and take your cage to the bar when your bike is snowed in the garage.

Yeah, he whined that the only thing to do is ride open roads. And he's not able to ride 5 miles and sit on his squeaky clean bike and look cool with the other bike night guys.

What a drag to have to ride instead of park. Texas does suck.

Greetings,
Don't take it personal but it sounds like you are into profiling and not riding.
Get off your keyboard and get on your scooter - a little wind in the face will do you good.
Lately though, it's been so damned hot here you could fry your face without trying.
We welcome all kinds but when they turn out to be whining douche bags, we can do without 'em.
Maybe you just ain't found the right group of Texans....I would be glad to buy you a beer and talk about it man.

To the comment from New Mexico about the wind and Texas sucking:
The oxygen is just leaving as it recognizes there ain't no use for it there......LOL!
