Anyone going? The LSR is a great rally. The city and local businesses embrace the riders and the cops are cool with pretty much anything except burnouts and wheelies.

I get in Thursday afternoon and ride back to Dallas Sunday. Hit me up if you're going.

 

Live south of Galveston. We will be there every day with balcony tickets for Saturday night. Close local rally for us. Island gets very crowded.

 

how does one score balcony tickets. I see the people up there each year and wonder.

 

Association and affiliation is how we got involved. I pay to be there but it is by invite only. I don't have the slightest idea if anyone sells them to the public.

 

Isn't south of Gavelston the Gulf of Mexico? LOL.

Wife and I are riding in on Friday morning. My sister and her crew live in League City so with a free place to stay it's a no-brainer. We look forward to the crisp fall weather riding every year. This year we plan on taking the ferry in on Friday instead of riding I-10 the entire way to Houston. Should be a nice change of scenery.

 

I'll be there,I live pretty close myself.Probably just gonna make a day trip this year,saturday more than likely.Will have to take the ferry to get there & it takes forever during rally time.Oldairboater is right,very crowded ,especially on the Strand.Hope it's cool!

 

I usually make it for at least one day. My brother is a Blue Knight so I ride in with them. Last year the Moody Bank parking area was reserved for them and guests with free BBQ all day.

It was too crowded last year, at least on Saturday. Are they trying to compress it all into too small an area now?
