Purchased a HD heated lined last year, got it for 20% off at a summer sale. In the past year it's been used many times, including in August at Sturgis when it got cold at nite. It is now a permanent item packed in my saddlebags along with my raingear, I can't imagine being without it now. In fact just got the wife a Gerbing liner a few weeks ago and she used it last weekend when it was cooler (temps in 60's) and loved it. Her only regret was that she hadn't got one sooner.

 

Lot of folks here spend a WHOLE lot of money on heated gear. Clothes, grips, gloves, you name it. To each his own. Me? I just wear extra clothes and ski gloves when it gets cold.
