My bad back tells me to get the smoothest riding, least jarring ride I can. Someone told me the air shocks for the Softail like Shotgun don't have the damping capabilities like a Works shock has. What can you tell me about this?

 

they do. One switch for ride heighth and on for rebound. Had mine installed a few weeks back and its a night and day difference from stock.

 

Yes, they do offer both settings. What year and model bike do you ride?
