Default Battery tender

Just picked up a new one today and found something new and interesting. The drag specialties and moco tenders are identical. Made by the same company in the same packaging. The drag one comes with a 5 yr warranty. The moco one 3 months. This was pointed out to me by my hd dealer. Thought you'd all like to know if in the market for one.

I just get the Schumaker ones at Farm and Fleet for under $20 and none have failed in 8 years of use. I even ran over one with the car and it keeps on ticking.

Not the same thing as a tender...the elcheapos are not meant for use on AGM batteries...check it out

they are all outsourced, just like Summit wheels. They are identical to Jegs wheels and Weld wheels... all made by Weld no doubt.

Most company's make their product with several brand name's.

I used to work at Nicholson File Com back in the 60's-70's.. we had over 250 stamp's of different brand names we put on the files made the same way.

I've only had one fail over the years, it started outputting 4V and that permanently killed the battery it was connected to.

But other than that, I've had great experiences with them.
