I did that several years ago. I had a 1999 Softail Custom. Rode it for several years, like 6 or 7. Found a good deal on a new left over 05 Roadking. Purchased it. Rode it and it was not too bad, but never got that feeling I did on the Softail. Anyway, rode the Roadking on long rides and the Softail to block bust around town.
