Thanks for sharing the pics.
I rode three twisted sisters, back in the 70s...
As close as I am to the tejas hill country, I gotta get over there.

This must be the only land in Texas that is green right now and has water standing. What the hell, do they have a sprinkler system in this pasture?

it actually rained 3 days in a row down in this area. but it was a little strange to see such beautiful green grass. this area is just ouside kerrville. it was a little greener in that area. i posted random pic's from around the area plus the sisters so some area's are totally different. all the amall streams around the 3 sisters were either dry or had very little water.there is a area by the sisters called the frio motorcycle stop. the lady told me they put bird baths out and the next morning about 15-20 deer were there drinking out of them.

Man its awesome down that way this time of year.
335 & 336 are my favorites, like a fricking roller coaster...
Just be carfull at early morning & dusk, that area is DEER CITY, and they aren't bashfull either.
They just hop out on the road in front of you looking like, Hey what are you doing here.
Ride on........

Mike you need to take more time. Hit Big Bend state Park, then do Judge Roy Beans saloon and come back threw the Twisted sisters and then hit Lukenbach
