I like that.

Enjoy your new ride man ... sounds like an awesome bike. And nice job on the negotiations.

A great deal is just that. No need to gloat, but plenty of reasons to be happy.

You got a good deal, and they got a bike off the floor that doesn't appeal to their market niche....it could have just sat there for a long time.

Conversely, I have seen a few beautiful metrics sitting lonely on an HD dealer's floor that were great deals....most notably a pristine Yamaha VMax loaded with performance enhancements that was going for a huge discount......it was priced to get it out of there....wrong market for that bike.

That's weird, I was on some dealer site and there was this dealer from Arizona laughing about how they tricked someone into buying a bike from them by mislabeling the model. Said they paid about $1,000 for it with a salvage title. Said they washed it, did some crap to the engine to get it to start and stop leaking temporarily and stuck it out front mislabeling it as a cheaper bike to draw attention.

Where are you from again?

I don't think so - two for sale locally for less.
