Default Dallas Motorcops

I was coming into work today and saw 3 (2 side-by-side, 1 close behind) of them riding along as I yeilded to them. I pulled out behind them. Up ahead was a line of cars behind a school bus that had stopped for rr crossing. We were all in that lane.

The three cops changed lanes with such perfect synchronization that it just amazed me. It was done with such precision and exactness. These guys really know how to ride. Kudos to them.

Yes - I am easily impressed.

Gotta hand it to the Tulsa PD motorcops and OHP motorcops...they are impressive and I loved watching CHiPs as a kid!

Don't want to ever see them in my rear view, but like seeing them when I'm behaving.

Them dudes can ride!! There is a motor cop around here that has a riding school on the side and he puts on demonstrations at local bike nights sometimes. I never get tired of watching him.

I have noticed the same thing. Anyone know what kind of training they do and how often?

There was a motorcop training exercise in town here one day for cops from around the state. Saw a group of 6 coming at me on the other side of a highway and when they came by I noticed that you probably could have measured an exact distance between all six of them and none would have been more than an inch or two off. All riding white Hondas or something and it was indeed impressive. Was like the Blue Angels or Thunderbirds on motorcycles.

Seriously, if I got paid 40 hours a week to ride my bike, I'd be a better rider too. Plus I'm sure as part of their jobs they got a lot of riding training

Practice and a few good schools. Seen a few clubs that can ride tight, fast, and in perfect unison.
