Dallas Motorcops

Out here in SoCal we're seeing more and more cops with modular helmets. They like them cause the can patrol with the front down, and flip them up after pulling someone over.

Check out these police officers with a cord attached to their bikes! Amazing.

You should check out http://www.ridelikeapro.com/. The guy is a motorcycle cop. I think he has a school in Florida.
Check out some of the videos he has uploaded to YouTube. Very impressive riding by him and his wife.

I know that guy! He's produced the Best Selling Motorcycle Training DVD. He also has schools all over the US, including the West Coast. If you go to his website you can find and locate the Ride Like A Pro School nearest you. It's a good course!
That's Jerry "Motorman" Palladino. His wife is Donna.

I have 'Motorman's' cd in my laptop and watch it at least once a week. His wife can ride pretty darn well also.
If I could find a used crash guard for my Deuce, I think I'd be more relaxed when I practice.

Ride Like a Pro only scratches the surface. They give you the basic skills then you practice them...which is great. But I think it would be cool to have a full week's worth.

Also remove your mirrors. Double check your handlebars to make sure they do not hit the tank when going lock to lock. Lastly check the throttle play to make sure the cables do not bind when the bars are turned to full lock.
Do those things and you will be okay in a typical tip over or drop.
