Check out www.protwin.com. I went with their HQ95st kit on my Heritage and its a great all around bike for what ever I need it for. Nice full kit and no guessing games. They also have a forum their for any questions. I also put a Super Trapp SuperMegg on it also for more.....

88" To 95"
Pistons and cams should be the first step, and if you have the cash go for the head work.
My first engine mods were flat top pistons( for 95 cu in) and HD 211 cams. Also a S.E. tuner. It turned out 85 HP and 93 FT PDS of torque. The torque came on really early and would be great for 2up riding. I'm not promoting HD cams as I believe the are better cams out there, but riding 2up you need a lot of low end grunt.

Put a 95" kit and the screamin chicken 203 cams in my 02 FXD. We do a lot of two up and this combination does us just fine, real good roll on accelerations and pretty good fuel mileage to boot.

How much money you gonna spend? Also, someone with more expertise could answer this, but maybe you could change your gear ratio.

Went up to 95" by having my cylinders bored, head work, S&S 510 gear drive cams, and Screaming Eagle flat top pistons......and really like the performance gain. Get great mileage on trips too!
