We had a sales guy at our local dealership that had that kind oof humor. Sort of good to always hear what was going to come out of his mouth.

Service writer is probably sick of people complaining, so uses humor to avoid assaulting complaining customers.

Yeah bikes are not a cheap hobby at all. If I had all the money back I have spent on bikes I would have a few more new cars. Yeah good service advisors are hard to find. Both service advisors at the deal I get my new cars form suck-they are both bitchy as hell-they are women. Now the dealer I take my truck to has a female service advisor and she is great! very nice, will knock the price down as she can.

I can't say enough about the service writer at our dealership.. I won't bore y'all with the whole rant except to say this year, I've had a long list of issues with my 2009 ultra.. and as rare as it might be, the service guys and the manager have gone way above and beyond to make it right, including just eating the cost for some stuff that HD wouldn't cover. The bike's latest problem I'm gonna have to pony up for but, fact is they've been great. Another one of the exceptions to the rule in that, they honestly give a s**t about people that buy from them.
