Yea; you're gonna love a King. I'm on my 3rd. Funny thing is;10 years ago you couldn't GIVE me a RoadKing;for me it was NightTrains & Softail Customs. My first King changed my mind when I realized I could ride more than 5 miles without gettin' tired of it.

Good for you, I bet you will love it.
I got a new 11 RK this year and at 6400 miles I absolutely love it. One of the best things about the King is on warm days or on day rides you can pop off the windshield, I love to ride it that way when I can.
On cool days or weekend long rides I just pop on the windshield and away I go.

 

saw new bike today at dealer looks great,should take delivery this week,cant wait. been two months, well worth the wait( big blue pearl ).
