How about inside the apartment
If you can't do that maybe a friend or relative would let you keep it in their garage. If you do have to park it outside buy a Honda motorcycle cover to put over it, then it should be safe. lol

By lifting the front wheel high in to the corner of the elevator, I got my raked triumph up to the fourth floor and in to the apartment, out to the balcony and under a tarp. (Of course my mother wasn't home at the time!)

If you can't get it in the apartment you can always look into buying a small used inclosed trailer. At least that way you could take the wheels off of it and put it on blocks and keep it locked up.
