There are SO MANY vehicles hitting motorcyclists and bicyclists this year around the Denver area... and in fact, all of Colorado.

The numbers of accidents and fatalities are now becoming staggering.

Drivers not paying attention, texting, drinking coffee, on their cell phones, driving aggressively, left hand turns right in front of you, they're DRUNK and most of all... they ALWAYS claim to NOT have seen the rider.

It's almost like no matter how well we dress and prepare to be seen... the drivers still claim to have NOT seen us!

Hope you heal up well!

Most importantly, you survived! There are a lot of idiots on the road and sometimes you just can’t avoid them. Hope you get better and can ride again soon.

Seems to me His "Boss" wasn't paying attention
if he was He wouldn't have been hit in the first place

Glad you're ok, hope you heal quickly.

Interesting take. Ed Vanharley, I'd have thought like the others that the OP was being looked after!

Glad you are ok.

Getting rear ended is a big fear of mine, I stay attentive and vigilant, but there is only so much you can do.

Glad your ok , the state of Oregon just renewed my OL's grandfather's drivers license the guy is 101 . If that doesn't send chills down your spine .

Hope the old guy is ok too but keep this in mind grabbing the shirt and the chest pain is a time honored scam to dodge trouble or gain advantage , used it myself with a couple cops who being big ****** and it does work they drop whatever they are doing and leave .
