Off topic, but awesome work being a youth pastor! I am also a Christian, and think I don't do nearly enough in my faith as I would like to. Great to see people getting involved instead of just sitting in a pew one hour a week.

Like everyone else, I'm glad you survived as well as you did, but man, take care of yourself the next few days. Some of those injuries are the type that can develop into complications, brain-bleeds, whatever. Make sure someone is watching out for you.
And it's great you had as many witnesses as you did ... so often it's "nobody saw nuttin".

Your right about the cagers not paying attention, Been riding about 8 months after a 25 year break, coming home from class last night and a cager moved from the middle of the lane to the inside and signals for a Lt turn. I go to the outside as I start to go around since it "nearly" a two lane road though a small town. She decides to turn right 
in the the bar parking lot. Little heavy on the rear brake but was able to slide to an upright stop next to the curb and avoid any contact by turning my front wheel as she her bumper just cleared my tire by an inch or two. So much for being in a good mood by scoring a 98 on my Statistics exam.
At least the cager behind me saw what happened and stopped to check if she hit me.

only 8 lives left now.
don't neglect the therapy as you heal. makes the difference in it hurting forever or only for a while. have to make sure the scar tissue does not get out of control and cause more problems than the injury...
glad to hear you're alive.
bright side is insurance ought to put you on a new ultra 110 cvo with 10 stop lights in the back!
