Hampton Roads, VA riders

The painted parts to my RG went to Dave Dye yesterday, about a 30 day turnaround. Chrome parts going for powdercoat in a week or so, so maybe, just maybe, I'll be back riding by March. You guys need to head out towards Smithfield, take a ride up Rt 10, across the Harrison bridge and back down 5 into Williamsburg. Couple of brewpubs and breweries up there. Finish up with a run down Colonial parkway and stop by Yorktown Pub.

Count me in. The bike stays at my G/F house in Williamsburg (I'm there more than Norfolk anyway) and there are some great back roads in that area. I often go out solo with a plan of getting lost so i have a few good routes mapped out.

Yeah, I got out on New Years Day. Rode the parkway from end to end. Did a little getting lost in Williamsburg, but there were too many people out walking and tying up crosswalks for me. The YTP was slammed. There must have been 50 bikes outside. It was nice to see.
