Does anyone know if Rick Doss ever built a 1998 custom Springer for Harley. i have a guy i am thinking of getting one from, but i cannot find any info on it. It is a great looking bike, but i need more infor before i believe it is worth more than the blue book of 8200. he is asking 12000

 

I don't know that he ever built bikes for Harley. He builds custom bikes and custom parts for bikes. It is very possible that he customized a 1998 H-D Springer for one (or more) of his customers. Why not call them?
