Simple baffle question for those smarter than me

Pipes without baffles will "rap off" when you let off the throttle.
Stove rope, good idea. My wife is still looking for her measuring cup, stainless steel mixing bowl, funnel, and turkey baster (Shhh.....don't tell her, they're in the garage. They work for fork oil, the turkey baster is good for filling batteries, and the bowl fits under the lowered bike perfect, and holds 4 qts. of used oil.)

Well I just checked and yeah, these SuperTrapps have the SuperTrapp baffles installed. I don't feel like going thru with the wrapping experimentation, so my neighbors are just going to have to deal with it if any of them don't like the sound It's not a big deal anyway, since I love the way the pipes sound already.

I realize this thread is a couple of week old but if you still want to "tone down" your pipes, look at the SmrtPartz Hard Kore quiet baffles. They fit just inside your existing pipes so you don't lose the option of returning to stock quickly.
