I just baught a set of mufflers for my Road Glide they were claimed to be Screaming Eagles but it doesnt say that anyplace on the can and they feel heavy like stock units. How do I know if I was Snookered?

Ive got a set I bought new with the bike and they do not have SE anywhere on them yet they are SE's

 

Here's an easy way to find out... Do they sound like SE's? If yes, then take a coat hanger or piece of wire and try sticking it through the pipe, if you cannot stick it through the pipe then they are SE's. If the wire goes through the pipe then they are drilled stockers.

not even a week at home. I went on Craigslist. Being so excited(SUCKERED), And seeing the comparison of $379, for new Slip-ons at the dealership. I pick up a $120 set of "So-Called" SE (DRILLED -OUT Stockers!!!!)[:@][:@][:@]

It sounded good but it made my pipes glow!!! [:@] Too Lean
