Killer bees and locusts

A little something I call a windshield. Before that, I rode with goggles and half helmet for 16 years and just dealt with it.
Worse than a bee in the face is a hornet flying down your shirt collar. Slap as hard as you can, but you can't crush it against your body, and you can get stung half a dozen times before you can stop. Used to happen to me at least once a season. I carried sting medicine with me all the time.

Most of us ride with some sort of windshield..
Worse than bugs and U didn't mention, how bout small gravel and rocks/sand, that can hit U at highway speeds that Semi's blow up when Ur riding behind them.

I always thought the windshield on my bagger protected me from most flying objects till a bird turd hit me in the right lens of my glasses, I think the bird had a great aim because it was a dead bullseye in the lens. On trips out west Ive cleaned bees out of my vent on my helmets. But I would hate to see what it would be like without the windshield or fairing.
