If you want to see it "in person", Barber Motorsports Museum (east of Birmingham, AL) has one.

(Disclaimer: The museum has far more bikes than space to display, so they rotate the inventory. No guarantee that a specific bike will be on display when you visit)

The '93 Moo Glide is one of my favorite Harleys. I was just thinking of this bike the other day. Get a 2012 Softail Deluxe and get a custom seat and saddle bags with cow print inserts and it would make a hell of a great looking scoot.
