Default Treating leather Seat to make it shine?

I have a great Leather Danny Gray weekday solo, but the sheen on it is not very shiny. Is there anything I can do to make it that way.

Cheers,

Tom

Leave it alone. A shiny seat is a slippery seat. Clean it with saddle soap, and condition it with leather conditioner. Otherwise leave it alone.

Looks like Danny Gray makes (or markets) their own leather care products:

Agreed. Shiny = slick, IMO. Lexol leather conditioner is available almost everywhere, and it's a decent product to clean/condition leather.

Agreed here. Treat the seat with a leather cleaner and conditioner before storing it for the winter, just to maintain it. I prefer the look of a satin seat personally, but as stated, shiny=slick.

Yup, the single best advice you will ever get is dont treat it and hop on. If you do just make sure no one is rolling a camera.

Other things not to shine- tires, grips and foot pegs.

I like a product called 'Ice" made by Turtle wax. It puts a nice shine on a seat and is not slick. Other companies make similar products. Mustang Seats recommended this type of product.
