I bought a set off the MAC guy. Around 75 bucks I think. A little pricey but worth it IMHO.

Out of curiosity.... How are you guys hitting/verifying proper torque using torx screwdrivers?

I have Torx sockets, which can be stuck onto a torque wrench. For the most part I do it by feel though.

if you buy the 100 pc security bit set from china freight, er... harbor freight, it comes complete with a full set of 'regular' (non security) torx bits, including a t27. works good for most things. doesn't have the really large sizes in it though.

S&K tools makes a set with a T27 among others, they also have a Torx + set. I got them from an online vendor, I have noticed that Amazon stores periodically have them also.

Lowe's sells a set with the t-27 for around 27.00. Now they also carry the single T-27-3/8 drive an also any of the other torx bits separately.

The set I carry on my bike has a T27 in it. It's a cheapy from the parts store. Great Neck, Autozone specials.
