Never been. Thinking Fairplay or Breckenridge or both would be a better destination this weekend, and if you want a tshirt, go up to the dealer end of Sep/early Oct and they're $10 instead of whatever they're going to rape you for during the rally.

Ruidoso NM is in a couple of weeks. It's pretty decent.

I went a few years ago. Basic rally and wasn't too crowded. If you like rallies and have the time, why not?

Better ways to spend the day out there, but if you haven't gone, at least go check it out for a bit

You can go for a couple of hours then ride over to Estes Park or parts unknown. They claim 50 vendors but 15 to 20 vendors is probably more accurate. I like to shop so it is worth the ride. Whatever you do, just enjoy the nice weather this weekend. And, be safe!

Went today and it was crazy busy. More bikes than I would have expected on Friday at noon. Parking for bikes is very good. Not so much for cagers. We scored UniqCycle Speakers at the sweet price of $399.99 installed. Also, my sister was looking for a specific purchase for three years and found it there. Perfect day of shopping!

There are not 50 vendors as advertised maybe 20 but they may have more tomorrow! The bikes entered in the bike show are nice. I plan to go again on Sunday.

I am going Sunday with a couple of buddies. Riding up from Colorado Springs, spend a few hours there and ride back.

The weather this weekend isn't going to be perfect - Saturday has rain and Sunday is supposed to be pretty cool out.

Well, we are getting past the "perfect" weather but you can stop for a coffee until the weather clears. We ran into rain on the way home but it was not too bad (was in a cage ). Anyway, if you decide to go and have lunch, you may want to try The Boot Grill, which is on the other side of the highway across from the Holiday Inn Express. Very good burgers!

Thanks, CHG for the hamburger suggestion. We will try it out.

I don't mind the rain or cold too much - used to it riding here in Colorado! It will keep the crowds down a bit though.
