My routine exactly too except it's about every 20 minutes in the middle of the afternoon. I ride almost everyday after work and weekends, and I'm helping every Circle K in the north valley stay in business. Thank goodness for the 79 cent Powerades at the fountain.

Same here with that not peeing stuff. Must be peeing out through our skin. Damn, that sounds pretty gross, huh?

 

I can stand the cold,but no way am I going out at 117 degrees.

 

I rode my bike to work on Friday, then back home around 5 - 5:30. I didn't realize how hot it was.
I got home and parked out front for a little bit to let her cool off. Went inside to drink some Gatorade, shower and change for sons first varsity football game of season.
He is a Jr this year started on offense (center). Put bike in garage and left for game with family.
Nice evening, a few breezes shot the temp down to the low 100's/high 90's.
His team lost, but he did well - at least I didn't see him mess up a snap or miss a block - Real Proud.

 

Just whisper Oprah into your speedo. That should do it.
