Man that's ugly! Did you call anyone there? I know I'd be ripped and probably have to calm down before I talked to anyone about such an obvious screwing as that.

I got pipes from them that had a dent. Used the return postage paid sticker provided and called JP on the way to the post office and told them what happened.

They said a new set would be shipped and it was sent out that day before they received the set I sent back. I also have sent back fork parts I had for 90+ days and my account was credited as soon as they received them no questions asked. You have 120 days to return stuff. Just my experience with them...

Give it a shot.....The squeaky bushing gets greased...You will probably not pay shipping on return/replacement....J&P is a good outfit on bad/damaged parts!

Yeah, have to agree. They may be terrific about returns, but that piece of **** should never have gone out in the first place and someone needs to work somewhere else. JP should be all over that.

I can't figger how even the shadiest company would let something like that go out. That is why I never HAVE, DON'T, and never WILL buy anything online. Don't understand these guys that buy bikes & guitars online.

I'm with you on this one..... if I can't touch it first, I'm not buying it.
