I recently bought a new helmet from J&P and they provided a UPS tracking number. A few days later I logged onto UPS and they showed the pkg "delivered " but I didn't have it. I called J&P and they said no problem we will ship out another today, if the original one ever shows up just let them know. They said they would take it up with UPS no need for me to. The next day I got the replacement and a day later I got the original. Seems the UPS driver was filling out his computer in advance of his deliveries and forgot to drop off the pkg. I called J&P and they issued a call tag for the extra helmet. They were courteous, prompt in replacing the pkg at their expense with very little grief on my part. I won't hesitate to use them again.

 

I'm sure J&P has great customer service but why in the hell do I have to join there gold club to get a price break from them when other places sell you the same items for less?
J&P last place I ever order fromand that daytona stores sucks even my wife said that it was disapointing.
