BK Rider windshields, good or bad?

I'm looking for a replacement windshield for my Heritage and found this one on ebay that is supposed to fit with my original HD mounting hardware.

I measured the holes by their diagram and my windshield. It will fit it seems so I went ahead and ordered one.

Will make a report here when I get it installed.
