I received my torque cones today and when I pulled the headers to install them was surprised to find that the header pipes are now smaller and they were too big at the top.
So I put it all back together and took it for a ride and it sounded better then before, seems I had an exhaust leak at the exhaust port on the front cylinder, the bolts we not that tight.
Anyhow, im running the 2.25 baffles and its running fine, I may change to 2" or maybe even 1.50" baffles as its a little louder then I want it, but does sound good.

They will be quite a bit louder, I tried screamin eagles before but they were not really louder then stock.
Good thing is I paid $25 for the eagles on e bay and 80 for the rush on ebay!

I have run the Rush 1.75 baffles with XIED's on my '08 Road King for over three years now. All is well, the heat is barely noticeable, but my mileage did suffer a couple of miles per gallon when I added the XIED's. I don't have any desire to drop another grand on motor mods/upgrades, so this setup works for me.
