How far do you want to ride? If what you like are tiny, fairly obscure roads with little traffic, take 844 West out of Washington to PA 331 (left turn) and follow all the way to the WV border, where it becomes WV 67. South on WV 88 to US 40 East and back to Washington. PA 221 and 231 are also very pretty roads.
If you want a longer ride, go east to the Laurel Highlands, which comprise everything pretty much east of Latrobe (Route 30) or Connellsville (Route 119). PA 31 is very pretty east of Mt. Pleasant all the way to Bedford, where it joins US 30. PA 653 is a terrific, lightly-traveled road from Normalville to Garrett. There are tons of nice roads east of Uniontown and north. Ohiopyle is very pretty (PA 381) with the falls.
West of Washington, you have Greene County, which has a lot of very small and obscure roads. I'd recommend a GPS, since you're apparently not from the area, if you ride the really small roads there.

As Cookie asked, How far/long of a ride do you want?
You can spend all day just cruising if you want to take RT 844 West out of Washington which will turn into WV Route 27 popping you out in Wellsburg, WV. Take WV Route 2 north to Route 22 West, and follow that west to Route 250 north. Then take 800 South to Route 40 East. Follow Route 40 east all the way back to Washigton. You'll be looking at about 9 hours or so if you're just cruising this one.
Too many to list.

Short ride: Take US 40 east to the intersection with PA 519. Right on 519 and follow this road straight to Brush Run Road. At Lone Pine, straight again to Smith Run Road. At the end of this road, turn right on Ten Mile Road and cross I-79. At US 19 turn right (north) and follow for a short distance, then make a left on Plumsock Road. At the end of Plumsock, follow PA 18/221 north/west and stay on 221 when it splits from 18. PA 221 is called "S" Bridge Road and after you cross I-70, you will hit US 40 near the somewhat famous "S" bridge that was on old National Pike. You can follow US 40 back into Washington.

Get on RT-40 heading east. When you get to Ohiopyle turn around and head back to Washington. The elevation changes will make it seem like two different rides and you won't get lost.

Leave in the morning and stop at the Tradesman Inn (biker stop) for lunch on the way back.

Rt 18 is a nice ride either direction you go from Washington. There are about a million back roads to ride in that area, just jump on one and see where it leads. Most all eventually come back to a main road.
Be aware.....They are doing a LOT of chip & seal....or...tar & chip coating of roads here in PA. Tons of loose gravel and you have to really watch the curves and intersections. Even more than normal.
