I also go to a Local Indy shop [Freedon Cycle]. When I took my bike in for the first service to the dealer I bought it from the machanic put a bad gouge in the primary gover. Have not been back since.

Like the others i do it myself at home. Drop 40 bones on a service manual, you cant be any worse than the pimple faced puke whose gonna dick your ride up at a dealer.

depends on what I'm having done, either Texas Outlaw Cycles or Alamo City HD.

I found an 'Inde' (independant owner) not far from the house that I searched for when I needed someone to do a job on a bike the dealership refused to do. They primarily work on HD's but at that time I was on a Metric and they work on those too. Cool place, you can stand right inside the workshop as they work on the bike and shoot the sh___t with everybody...that's where I'm going if I absolutely need a pro to step in. That's what I suggest, do a google search and drive around stop in and talk to the peeps. Get the feel for the place and tell them that's what your out doing.
