[quote=traveler;8660162]Really depends on how stuck you are on color.
They all really look good, and a repaint to BLACK is super easy a couple years down the road.
If the bike is already on the floor, the dealer is more apt to work a deal with you.
I'd go see what they have, and see what they will do to get the sale.
I didn't PLAN on Orange.....just kinda wokred that way with the numbers that day. Like I said, they all look fantastic, so I really didn't care.
I like Orange but you cant get it in a Street Glide this year.
Did you ever think of having the inside of your fairing painted Orange - It looks really sharp!

You would need to ask a dealer if it is on his delivery list. If not he can search for a dealer that has or is getting one soon.
Four weeks should be the longest. The 12's are moving out the door fast in some areas. My dealer was out of 11's before the twelves arrived. the 12's are selling as they come in or before.
I have already paid for two and am on hold. I do expect one in two weeks and one in 4 because it is a black denim Road Glide so there aren't many around.

I'm in the same boat. I put down a deposit on a Fat Bob with ABS and Security but there are none in the US. No dealership has one. I was told the ship date from the factory will be September 19th. You may have better luck because the options you want were available last year. ABS and Security are new options on the Fat Bob this year and I'm told that's why I have to wait. Good Luck!!!
