I'd bet that's the same size backing plate used on the RSD. Plenty of guy are running those and can give you a better idea of the measurement.
I bet that's the TC one since it doesn't look like much if any overhang.

Schu............I think I have a backing plate like that at my buddy's shop, I'll ask him tomorrow and see if it's still there, will also check on the cover like I said. I just need a day to look-see.
