You were kidding right? If not you missed the part where the chain attachs to a standard nylon dog leash. It's 6 ft long which let's him roam to the curb but not into the street where he could get hurt.
He has free rein of the house and the 1/4 acre of backyard.

The skull started life as a $10 stick shift **** I found at a tattoo show. Needed a little bling on the back end.
