I use the 3M yellow foam plugs, they compress well and stay put. I got 25 pairs for $9 on e-bay.

Try the ear plug store on the net. They have a whole section on Motorsport plugs

I bought custom molded silicon earplugs with built-in filters. Now I can actually hear my radio but they kill the wind noise. Also, I don't feel like I'm walking around with my fingers in my ears. The only downside is that I can now hear the wife when she with me.

My ex said I never listened to her... at least I think that's what she said.

i picked up a set of the surefire ear pro sonic defenders. a little more expensive, but not prohibitively so (i paid 10.95). and they are comfortable, and work well.

I only use these. There is nothing better IMHO. http://www.earplugsonline.com/

Walmart re-usable sport ear plugs made by Remington. Soft rubber that I have worn all day while riding. Blocks out all the wind noise and the pipes are a soft rumble.

I had a pair of rubber plug ones sized and issued to me when I went on Drill Sgt duty in '82. I still use them as my favorite. I got the molded ones custom made that I paid over $50 for, yet I favor the nearly 30 yrs old ones over the custom ones.
