For every good service writer there is at least 10 bad ones. I just got Flowmaster mufflers for my 72 Nova last week and instaleld them, had a question for there tech dept about the sound of the ones I got over the sound of a differant Flowmaster-i did not ask if my set up was good for power. This guy got on a rant about how i have the worst set up in the world and how he bet's my car don't run good at all, Then I tell him i'm running dumps-no tail pipes and he go on a rant about how therir mufflers are made to run tail pipes only, then why the hell does your company sell dumps? So anyways I got the question answered after about 5 min of him ******* my car that he has never seen or heard. Good customer service is hard to find.
