My softail doesn't vibrate all that much. Guess I'm missing out on part of the experience.

I love the way a Dyna shakes at an idle too. Of course there are some that prefer the smooth idling counter balanced engine of the TC Softails. I call them pansies.

My dealer told me "it's Supposed to do that".

Ha, it's one less distraction on a softail riders mind when he's focusing on teaching you a lesson in pansy language.

Let me make this simple you know how the old lady shakes and vibrates when you touch the button ? Why should the bike react any different when play with it's button ?

Get a good lawyer and sue HD for excessive vibration.
