My tires seem to shave themselves so fast that I need to replace them every few thousand miles.

Gee Ed, I live in fl too. I have some ''shaved'' tires with about 20,000 mi on them. Took me over a year to ''shave'' them so I gotta have at least $200 bucks a piece. Let me know........

Forget about shaving, just fill the tires with helium. Don't overfill, you don't want to float away.

Only $200, That would save me alot of time as well
